Shipping
Every order ships from Belgium, with free shipping in Belgium and the Netherlands. Each pair arrives with a protective case.
14-day free returns
Every order comes with 14-day free returns, counted from delivery. Not the right size, or not convinced — exchange or return it free of charge. Frames should be unworn and returned in their original case and packaging.
How to return
Send a short message to office@himalayan-eyewear.com with your order number. You receive a free return label (BE/NL) and instructions the same working day where possible. Refunds follow within 14 days of receipt, via your original payment method. Size exchanges ship free.
Brilliance®
Brilliance® pieces are made to order with HRD-certified diamonds and are shown by appointment. As bespoke items they are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal — though naturally covered against any defect.
Warranty
All Himalayan eyewear carries the two-year legal warranty that applies across the EU. A manufacturing issue? One email and we solve it.
